Matt Garcia is a third-generation floor contractor who was trained by his father who was also trained by his father! Matt continues the tradition with his son Carter. The craftsmanship that has been handed down from generation to generation is undeniably some of the best in quality and craftsmanship. Matt also attends hardwood flooring events and takes continuing courses helping him to be on top of new tips techniques.

We send our installers to NWFA (National Wood Flooring Association) training facilities all over the US. Matt Garcia also personally oversees training with all his installers, ensuring that the craftsmanship that has been handed to him is transferred to all his employees.

Our sales staff are trained by NWFA University about different species of hardwood and softwood, moisture issues, grading and underlayment.
